Established in 1983 by brothers Philip and John Tomlinson, Tomlinson’s Dairies is Wales’ largest liquid milk processor following significant growth over the past years. Having recently secured a contract with a supermarket giant.

As part of the investment programme, Gemak was chosen to manufacture and install “The Cream Room” in 2017

The supply scope of Gemak was manufacture and install a Cream Room capable of receiving raw cream from 3 separate separator/standardisation units, send raw cream back to 3 pasteurisation lines, receive pasteurised cream back into ageing tanks and transfer these to 4 separate filling areas. It is a fully automated plant controlled through a central Scada. The plant is capable of handling approx. 200,000 lt of cream/day making it one of the largest cream rooms in the UK.
